I need about 60 dollars by the end of tomorrow, Help?

Okay, so i need to earn about 60 bucks by tomorrow night, and i have no clue how to do that. I'm only 14 years old, so i'm not old enough to get a job or even drive. My parents don't give me any money for doing chores, and i'm not allowed to babysit or do anything with any of my neighbors because my parents say their all rednecks. I need to get 80 dollars so that i can go to a huge event with my friends with more than just a wig for the event, and the outfit is about 80 dollars. I have 20 from my birthday, and then i've picked up as much change from around my house. Now, i have a total of $37.45. My mom has already given up 30 dollars for my wig without making my pay, and i really don't want to make her get me this outfit after giving 30 dollars, and then 80, almost 90 dollars. I don't have anything i can sell aside from my art, but nobody wants to commission me to draw their character or characters for them. Can you give me some advice or help? Please?
